2. User Accounts & Google Single Sign-On (SSO)
To participate in learning activities, track personal pathways, and interact with mentors, users can authenticate via Google SSO (Sign-In with Google).
- Authenticity of Information: You agree to use your genuine Google account and provide truthful, accurate details during your academic enrollment.
- Account Security Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your Google credentials and access devices. CimoSchool is not liable for any losses stemming from your negligence in protecting your personal account.

3. Scope of Services
CimoSchool delivers high-impact educational programs, personalized pathways across English, STEM, interview readiness, and early career preparation. While we endeavor to maintain uninterrupted availability, scheduled maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary downtime.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
When utilizing CimoSchool, you strictly agree NOT to engage in the following:
- Reproducing, redistributing, account-sharing, or reselling proprietary lecture notes and materials.
- Carrying out cyberattacks, exploiting security vulnerabilities, port scanning, or disrupting server infrastructure.
- Employing automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract platform data without prior written authorization.
- Harassing, defaming, or displaying uncivil behavior towards mentors, instructors, or classmates.
- Impersonating other persons/entities or providing fraudulent registration data.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property assets, including without limitation CimoSchool trademarks, logos, user interface design, source code, curriculum frameworks, diagnostic assessments, video lectures, and academic documentation, are the exclusive property of CimoSchool or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license solely for personal, non-commercial educational study.
6. Course Registration & Consultation Policy
Course descriptions, schedules, fees, and intake timelines are displayed on our website. Upon registration, CimoSchool advisors contact candidates to coordinate placement consultations or trial classes. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions to achieve optimal academic outcomes.
7. Suspension & Termination
CimoSchool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in material violation of these Terms. Users may cease platform usage and request full erasure of their account and data at any time via the process detailed in our Privacy Policy.
